About This Role:

The Launch People is looking for an in-house Account Manager to manage our design projects. You will be responsible for excavating the vision from our clients and ensuring quality of production throughout the project’s fulfillment. Responsibilities include:

• Communicating with the clients before and during their project
• Ensuring client needs and requests are acknowledged, scheduled and assigned to the right team member (occasionally popping in to support as needed)
• Participating in client Kick Off calls
• Co-creating design briefs for web and book design projects
• Delegating production of deliverables to the design and development teams
• Monitoring production of design projects and providing daily feedback, ensuring both quality of deliverables and that timelines are met
